Our Recruitment and Selection Process

Job opportunities are advertised on our website, various job boards and on bulletin boards at our office locations.
Resumes should be submitted for a specific position.
All resumes submitted for a specific position are evaluated against the requirements of that position. Qualified candidates are either contacted for an interview or are notified if the search has closed. All resumes submitted for a specific position are kept on file for one year.
The Community Group reserves the right to close searches when we determine that we have a sufficient pool of applicants, and at that time, the job posting will be removed from our website.
